Welkom in de magische wereld van zeep! Bij onze zeepfabriek in Nederland cre\u00ebren we hoogwaardige, handgemaakte zeepstaven met passie en vakmanschap. Onze focus ligt op kwaliteit en snelheid van innovatie, waarbij we twee verschillende productieprocessen gebruiken om unieke zeepcreaties te maken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het Ambacht van Zeepfabricage via extruderen en persen<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Onze eerste benadering omvat een traditionele methode: het malen, mengen, extruderen en persen van zeep, bekend als \u2018koud persen\u2019 of \u2018Cold Press\u2019. Deze methode eert de oude ambachtelijke kunst van zeepfabricage. Door zorgvuldig te malen, mengen en persen, ontstaan prachtige, duurzame zeepstaven die de essentie van vakmanschap belichamen.<\/span><\/p>\n

De Grondstoffen<\/b><\/p>\n

De reis begint met de zorgvuldige selectie van hoogwaardige grondstoffen. We gebruiken een combinatie van plantaardige oli\u00ebn, etherische oli\u00ebn en andere natuurlijke ingredi\u00ebnten die zijn gekozen vanwege hun voedende eigenschappen en milde reinigende werking. Deze ingredi\u00ebnten vormen de essentie van onze zeep.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het Walsen en Mengen<\/b><\/p>\n

In ons zeepfabricageproces worden de grondstoffen zorgvuldig gewalst en gemengd. Door het walsen ontstaat een fijne textuur die een gelijkmatige verdeling van ingredi\u00ebnten mogelijk maakt. Het mengen vereist ervaring om de juiste samenstelling te cre\u00ebren voor elke zeepvariant die we produceren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Extrusie en Persen<\/b><\/p>\n

De gemengde zeepdeeg wordt vervolgens door een extruder gevoerd, waar het wordt gevormd tot lange, stevige staven. Deze staven worden vervolgens op maat gesneden en ondergaan daarna het persproces. Hierbij wordt de zeep onder hoge druk in de gewenste vorm geperst. Dit proces vereist aandacht voor detail en vakmanschap om ervoor te zorgen dat elke zeepstaaf perfect gevormd en samengedrukt wordt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Handmatig Inpakken<\/b><\/p>\n

Bij ons streven naar perfectie eindigt het proces niet bij de productie. Elke zeep wordt vervolgens met de hand zorgvuldig verpakt.Dit waarborgt niet alleen de bescherming van het eindproduct, maar zorgt er ook voor dat elk stukje zeep gecontroleerd in onze eindproducten wordt gestoken. Bovendien geeft het ons de mogelijkheid om unieke verpakkingen toe te passen, omdat we niet gebonden zijn aan de beperkingen van machines.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het Resultaat<\/b><\/p>\n

Het cold press proces resulteert in prachtige, handgemaakte zeepvormen, een resultaat van de <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>toewijding van ons vakmanschap. Elke zeepstaaf is uniek, met een heerlijke geur en verzorgende eigenschappen die een ware traktatie zijn voor de zintuigen en de huid. Bij onze zeepfabriek eren we dit ambachtelijke proces en streven we ernaar om zeepcreaties te produceren die niet alleen van topkwaliteit zijn, maar ook een eerbetoon zijn aan de tijdloze kunst van zeepfabricage.<\/span><\/p>\n

Melt & Pour (Gieten) Techniek<\/b><\/h1>\n

Daarnaast omarmen we de moderne benadering van zeepfabricage met de \u2018Melt & Pour\u2019 techniek, ook wel Gieten genoemd. Hierbij smelten we hoogwaardige ingredi\u00ebnten en voegen we unieke bestanddelen toe om een breed scala aan kleuren, geuren en texturen te cre\u00ebren. Met deze methode produceren we diverse cosmetische producten zoals conditioner bars, body oil bars, deodorant, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het Smelten van Hoogwaardige Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/b><\/p>\n

Deze reis begint met ingredi\u00ebnten of zeepbasissen, die zorgvuldig worden samengesteld om een basis te bieden voor onze creaties. Deze ingredi\u00ebnten of zeepbasissen, verkregen uit natuurlijke oli\u00ebn en glycerine, worden gesmolten tot een vloeibare massa die klaar is om tot unieke zeepvormen te worden omgevormd.<\/span><\/p>\n

Creatieve Ingredi\u00ebnten en Aanpassingen<\/b><\/p>\n

Het smelten van de ingredi\u00ebnten of zeepbasissen opent een wereld van mogelijkheden. We voegen kleuren, geuren, etherische oli\u00ebn, gedroogde bloemen, exfoli\u00ebrende materialen en andere verzorgende ingredi\u00ebnten toe om een scala aan texturen, geuren en visuele esthetiek te cre\u00ebren. Hierdoor krijgt elke zeep een unieke samenstelling<\/span><\/p>\n

Precisie en Vormgeving<\/b><\/p>\n

Het gesmolten mengsel wordt zorgvuldig in mallen gegoten, waar het moet afkoelen om zijn definitieve vorm aan te nemen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Uitharding en Klaar voor Gebruik<\/b><\/p>\n

Na het gieten in de mallen ondergaat de zeep een uithardingsproces dat het de tijd geeft om te koelen en zijn definitieve consistentie te verkrijgen. Binnen een periode van ongeveer \u00e9\u00e9n dag bereikt de zeep zijn volledige stabiliteit en stevigheid, gereed om verder te worden verwerkt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Handmatig Inpakken<\/b><\/p>\n

Evenals bij het “cold press” proces, worden ook deze mooie bars vervolgens met de hand zorgvuldig ingepakt. Bij deze meer olie- en boterachtige producten is het vaak van belang om vetdicht papier te gebruiken. Ook hier geeft het je de mogelijkheden om unieke verpakkingen toe te passen, omdat we niet gebonden zijn aan de beperkingen van machines.<\/span><\/p>\n
