Welcome to the magical world of soap! At our soap factory in the Netherlands, we create high-quality, handmade soap bars with passion and craftsmanship. Our focus is on quality and innovation, using two distinct production processes to craft unique soap creations.

The Craft of Soap Making via Extruding and Pressing

Our first approach involves a traditional method: grinding, mixing, extruding, and pressing soap, known as ‘cold pressing.’ This method honors the old artisanal craft of soap making. By carefully grinding, mixing, and pressing, we produce beautiful, durable soap bars that embody the essence of craftsmanship.

The Raw Materials

The journey begins with the careful selection of high-quality raw materials. We use a combination of plant oils, essential oils, and other natural ingredients chosen for their nourishing properties and gentle cleansing effects. These ingredients form the essence of our soap.

Rolling and Mixing

In our soap-making process, the raw materials are carefully rolled and mixed. Rolling creates a fine texture that ensures an even distribution of ingredients. Mixing requires experience to achieve the perfect composition for each soap variant we produce.

Extrusion and Pressing

The blended soap dough is then fed through an extruder, where it is shaped into long, solid bars. These bars are cut to size and undergo the pressing process, where the soap is compressed into the desired shape under high pressure. This process demands attention to detail and craftsmanship to ensure each soap bar is perfectly shaped and compacted.

Hand Packing

Our pursuit of perfection doesn’t end with production. Each soap is carefully hand-packed, ensuring not only the protection of the final product but also a quality check. This also allows us to use unique packaging, as we are not limited by machines.

The cold press process results in beautiful, handmade soap bars, a testament to our dedication to craftsmanship. Each bar is unique, with a delightful scent and nourishing properties that are a treat for the senses and skin. Melt & Pour Technique

We also embrace the modern approach of soap making with the ‘Melt & Pour’ technique. Here, we melt high-quality ingredients and add unique components to create a wide range of colors, scents, and textures. With this method, we produce various cosmetic products such as conditioner bars, body oil bars, deodorants, and more.

Melting of High-Quality Ingredients

This journey begins with ingredients or soap bases, carefully composed to provide the foundation for our creations. These bases, derived from natural oils and glycerin, are melted into a liquid mass ready to be transformed into unique soap forms.

Creative Ingredients and Customization

Melting the bases opens a world of possibilities. We add colors, fragrances, essential oils, dried flowers, exfoliating materials, and other nourishing ingredients to create a range of textures, scents, and visual aesthetics. This gives each soap a unique composition.

Precision and Shaping

The melted mixture is carefully poured into molds, where it cools and takes on its final shape.

Curing and Ready for Use

After being poured into molds, the soap undergoes a curing process that allows it to cool and achieve its final consistency. Within about a day, the soap reaches full stability and firmness, ready for further processing.

Hand Packing

As with the “cold press” process, these beautiful bars are also carefully hand-packed. For these oil- and butter-rich products, greaseproof paper is often used. Again, this allows for unique packaging not constrained by machines.
